Meet a few of our coaches
Following is some of the professional coaches available to serve your business needs.
Kathy Keegan
I founded my coaching practice after going through my fourth merger in a 30-year banking and private wealth management career. As a manager, I used coaching in my one on one's and it made a huge positive difference - especially when going through mergers during which lots of unverified and partially true information circulates and kills morale. Having the space to be heard without bias and judgment immediately increased my employees' energy and helped them tap back into their brilliance and purpose.
Kathy is qualification as an ICF Certified ACC Coach (ACC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (E.L.I.-MP). She can also be heard on her podcast “Still Human with Kathy & Elaine” hosted with Elaine Williams.
