Fenton's journey spans over 30 years of service in the military, where he dedicated himself to serving his country with honor and distinction.  But his commitment to making a difference didn't stop there.

After his transition from military service to civilian life, Fenton turned his focus to learning and enriching the lives of others.  He understood the intensity and impact of that transition and was clear he was going to make an impact in those lives. 📚

Not content to rest on his laurels, Fenton is the founder of the Veterans Coaching Project (VCP). The mission of the VCP is to provide the best-in-class coaching and support services to transitioning veterans and their spouses.  Coaches and veteran clients work together on strengthening skills, broadening perspectives, and enhancing preparedness to further clients' post-military career goals.  VCP is an essential program helping both veterans and professional coaches gain traction in their professional career endeavors by creating and sustaining a path to success for all.
