In this special new series, Vines & Values, I take my exploration of core values into the world of winemaking, starting with the Finger Lakes wine region. I’m interested in exploring the deep traditions, passion, and philosophy of winemakers, this series goes beyond the technical aspects of wine and uncovers the values that shape the people, the businesses, and ultimately, what ends up in the bottle!
